She was predeceased by : her husband Donald William Smith Jr.. She is survived by : her mother Ann Long (Troutman) of Halifax; her daughter Carly Smith (McClain Fultz) of Philadelphia; her father Dennis Leitzel (Janette) of Halifax; her siblings, Keith D. Leitzel (Susan) of Carlisle and Sherri Shiflett (Brian) of Harrisburg; her close friend Rahn Tressler of Millersburg; and her stepchildren, Eric Smith and Lyndsey Smith of Charles Town, WV.. She is also survived by 4 Step-Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to the Millersburg/Upper Paxton Township Historical Society and the Ferryboat Association of Millersburg.
