She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Snyder and Samuel Snyder; her husband Alfred L. Schlegel; her daughter Judith Knapp; and her siblings, Oscar Snyder, Erlene Wertz and Orpha Hess.
She is survived by: her daughter Jane Wolfe (Bruce) of Herndon; and her son-in-law Andrew Knapp of Rebuck. She is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
