She is survived by: her husband William E. Hoffman; her children, Craig Hoffman (Sherry), Kevin Hoffman (Angela), Lori Hoffman (Craig Harry) and Cindy Rothermel (Kerry); and her grandchildren, Angela, Amy, Alex, Katie, Travis, Kelsey, Steven, Kristen, Myranda and Nathan. She is also survived by 5 Great Grandchildren.
