He was predeceased by: his wife Betty J. Harnish (Goss); and his parents, Annie Harnish and Eshleman. He is survived by: his children, Ken Harnish (Linda), Rick Harnish (Andrea), Sharon (Vince Hohenwarter) and Renea (Michael Snyder).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lancaster Church of the Brethren (1601 Sunset Ave, Lancaster, PA 17601). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
