He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Rylee and Edith Marie Rylee (Lanious). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Rylee (Weston); his children, Deborah Rylee Haugen (James) of Lancaster and Craig Lee Rylee (Connie Reid) of Washington Boro; his granddaughter Mindy Jo Phillips; and his brothers, John George Rylee (Carol Ann) of Alabama and William Chester Rylee (Pat) of Nevada.
