She is survived by: her daughter Barbara R. Forney (Michael) of Lancaster; her granddaughter Paige M. Forney (Antonio Colello); and her siblings, Jay Henry of Elizabethtown and Eunice Byers of Elizabethtown.
Her family kindly requests no flowers, with contributions being made in Thelma's memory to the Middletown Home, 999 W. Harrisburg Pike, Middletown, PA 17057.
