He is survived by : his parents, William C. Mullen and Hildegard Mager Fehringer; his wife Georgette Ivins Mullen; his daughters, Larissa Mullen Powell (Andrew Powell) of Belcamp, MD and Erica Mullen of Toms River, NJ.; and his brothers, Siegbert Mager of Germany and Thomas Mullen of South Carolina. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and many friends.
