He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank B. Phillips and Grace Phillips (Bainbridge); his wife Mary Bingaman; and his daughter Sharon D. Phillips. He is survived by : his stepdaughter Mary J.; his stepson-in-law Kenneth M. Roush of Bloomsburg; his daughter Deborah L. Stein (Scott Smith) of Tower City; his sister Maxine Woodring of Sunbury; his grandchildren, Brandi (Todd Eckert) of Myerstown and Korri (Daniel Boyer) of Annville; his stepgranddaughter Gwen R. (David P. Utt) of Bloomsburg; his great grandchildren, Gregory Tonini, Jr., Brandon Tonini, Kelan, Chayce and Braden Boyer; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ella and Lucas Utt.
