He is survived by : his wife Amber; his children, Izaak, Sean and Connor; his parents, Thomas Grodotzke, Sr. and Lynn Smith; and his siblings, Kelly Roth, Brian (Chrissy Smith), Danny and Jeff (Michael Grodotzke). He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
