He was predeceased by : his grandfather Jonas N. Hoover. He is survived by : his siblings, Mary Anna Hoover, Joseph Hoover, Rosene Hoover, Paul David Hoover and Anita Hoover; and his grandparents, Phares Z., Anna H. Horning of Mifflinburg and Mary H. Hoover of Ephrata.
