With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jason D. Maluchnik of Millvale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 16, 2021 at the age of 44. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his father Alan W. Maluchnik; his grandparents, Theresia Hutton (Tilly) and Stanley Maluchnik; and his uncle John Dickinson. He is survived by : his mother Trudie Hutton Wolfanger (Frank Wolfanger); his daughter Oksana Maluchnik-MLecko; his siblings, Michael Maluchnik of Emporium, Frankie Wolfanger of Emporium and Cathy Wolfanger; and his aunts and uncles, Christine Dickinson, Suesan Lathrop, Richard and Thomas Hutton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
