He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Ruble and Mary Jane Ruble (Kurtz); and his siblings, Gladys Carpenter, Ray E. Ruble, David E. Ruble, James Ruble, Richard Ruble, Merle C. Ruble, Robert R. Ruble and Charles.
He is survived by: his wife Linda S. Ruble (Hunt); and his children, William Todd Ruble (Tina) of Rock Hill, S. C., Jamie L. Knepp (Chris) of Reedsville and Nathan L. Ruble of Milroy. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be made to a charity of donor's choice.
