He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Kozicki and Jean Kozicki (Gutkowski); his son Mark Ryan Kozicki; his grandson Lucas David Kozicki; and his siblings, Theodore Kozicki and Loraine Owens.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Stump; his son Brian Scott Kozicki (Kimberley) of Laurelton; his grandchildren, Mikel Kozicki, Benjamin Kozicki, Alexxi Kozicki and Dominic Kozicki; his siblings, Thomas Kozicki of Turbotville and Norma Jean; and his brother-in-law Joseph Wroblewski of Dallas. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
