She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Harvey and Gladys Harvey (Bingaman); her husband Richard Lee Herman; and her brother Richard Harvey. She is survived by: her children, Richard N. Herman of Lewisburg, Debra (Michael Phelps), Lisa (Neal Fogle) and Sharon (Ted Seibert); her grandchildren, Rachel Phelps, Joshua (Kara Phelps), Luke (Maggie Phelps), Seth (Maddie Phelps), Hannah Fogle, Becca Fogle, Daniel (Dana Seibert), Caleb (Amanda Seibert) and Emily (Dylan Lucas); her great grandchildren, Abby, Mikayla, Corbin and Noah; and her siblings, Betty Kahl of Lewisburg, Floyd Harvey of Lewisburg, Daniel Harvey of Weikert, Terry Harvey of Mifflinburg, David Harvey of Weikert and Galen Harvey of Millmont.
Attendees will be given the opportunity to view Kathryn following the service and are required to wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines.
