He was predeceased by : his parents, Norman H. Sr. Fogelman and Violet Fogelman (Miller); his wife Bette Heimbach; and his siblings, Kenneth Fogelman, James Fogelman, Faye Mull, Judy Brown and Mary Geiswite.

He is survived by : his children, Lisa D. Fogelman of Williamsport and Norman H. Fogelman III of Lewisburg; and his granddaughter Sara Beck of Milton.
