She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Taylor and Anna Albeck (Shehulski); and her brother Donald Albeck. She is survived by: her husband Donald Starks; her children, Michael Starks of Spring Mills, Bradly Starks of Elizabethville, Denise Moore of Mountville and Judy Murray of Milton; and her sister Connie Ulrich of Lewisburg. She is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
