We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2019, at the age of 37, William Coulter (Monongahela, Pennsylvania), born in Wheeling, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Coulter to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marion and Fay Coulter. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas C. Coulter and Beverly Miller Coulter; his sons, Tyler and Riley Coulter of Forward Township; his brothers, Thomas Coulter, Jr. (Maggie) of Douglasville and Matthew Coulter of Monongahela; his grandparents, Arthur and Virgie Miller of Weirton; and his nephew Logan Coulter. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests memorial contributions be made to the Frye Funeral Home Inc., 427 W. Main Street, Monongahela, PA 15063 to help with funeral expenses.
