She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Groark and Patricia Groark (Miller); and her grandsons, Alexander James Sladky and Tyler David Sladky. She is survived by: her husband James Glus; her children, Jamie Lyn Glus of Jacksonville, FL, Heather Sladky (Michael) of Medina, OH and Ryan Glus (Kelly) of Baldwin; her grandchildren, Paige Gorski, Brieann Gorski, Marissa Sladky and Rylee Glus; her great grandchildren, Briar and Kameron Walker; and her siblings, James Groark (Susan), Brian Groark (Christina) and Thomas 'Tim' Groark (Lorraine). She is also survived by her friends, family, and extended family.
