He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Evans and Elsie Geer (John); and his siblings, Ray Evans, James Evans, Robert Evans, Margaret Morningstar, Elsie Baker and Rachel Heckman.

He is survived by : his wife Darla Evans; his former life partner Kathy Kusha; his children, Sherry Evans (Joe), Kristi Evans (Ken), Desiree Verheyen (Brian), Arthur Evans Jr. (Jennifer), David Evans (Joyce), William Evans (Tee) and Jenny Wagner (Michael); and his brother John Geer. He is also survived by 20 Grandchildren; 17 great-Grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
