She is survived by : her sister Phyllis Welker of Cleveland, OH; her children, Karen Spacht (Gary) of Monroeville and Thomas Jaworske Jr. (Jennifer) of Greensburg; her grandchildren, Danielle Hutchins (Richard) of Harmony, Gary Spacht Jr. of Arnold, Thomas Jaworske III (Gabrielle) of Export, Jocelyn Jaworske of Greensburg, Nicholas Jaworske of Greensburg and Victoria Jaworske of Greensburg; and her great grandchildren, Aubrey Hutchins, Emma Hutchins and Sienna Jaworske.
