He is survived by: his wife Carrie Caldarelli; his son Michael Baldosky (Katelynn) of Verona; his grandchild Phoenix; his mother Kathleen Dugan of Monroeville; and his siblings, Kimberly Treloar (Robert), Roberta Gombita (Gregory) and Robb Baldosky (Jamie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
