He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Clark and Helen Clark; his daughter Cathy Ann Smalstig (Ron); his grandson Sean Smalstig; and his sister Lois Richey.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his children, Don (Christine), Deborah, Peter and Thomas Clark; his grandson Don T. Clark; and his siblings, Dorothy Daw and Gail Nonnenberg. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
