He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank E. Ray and Emma Marie Ray (Frantz). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ray (O'Neill); and his siblings-in-law, David O'Neill (Luann) and Kathie Spangler (Bill). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
