He was predeceased by : his parents, James Benjamin and Shirley Ann Lentz (Martz); and his nephew James Luther Kunkle. He is survived by : his aunt Alice; his siblings, Kreig Lentz, Mark Lentz (Ruth), Keith Lentz (Marge), Cheryl Kunkle (Rich), Laura Quintus (Brad), Kara Rosky (Tom), Alice Lang (Dave) and Audra Beers; and his extended family, Keith, Kathy Nowalk, John, Joanie Satolli and David Campbell. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces, and great-nephews and great-nieces.
