He was predeceased by: his spouse Carmen McNeff (Rohrer); his children, Kathleen Mueller and John J. McNeff; his great grandchild Joshua; his sister Anne Brandt; and his parents, John J. McNeff and Elynor McNeff (Hendrickson).
He is survived by: his daughter Linda McClelland (Bill); his grandchildren, Andrea (Frank), Julie (Ryan), Shalan, Nicole (Simon), Jessica (John), Samantha (George) and Colleen; and his great grandchildren, Sienna, Mia of Maura, A. J., Thomas, Michael, Eli and Asher. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
