She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kuhar and Laura Kuhar; her husband Phillip Ortoleva; her sisters, Elizabeth Dent and Joann Lehman; and her nephew Christopher Lehman.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Angelina Ortoleva; her brother-in-law Robert Lehman; her nephews, Bobby Lehman (Denise) and Kenny Lehman (Ginger); and her niece Debbie Then (Ron).
