He was predeceased by: his wife Noel McNamara Dzuryachko (McNamara); and his parents, Andrew Dzuryachko and Helen Dzuryachko. He is survived by: his sisters, Helen Marie Keiser and Mary Rose Martin; and his daughters, Paula, Jill and Brenda.
Viewing was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM at the St. Michael the Archangel Byzantine Catholic Church (203 Jacobs St, Mont Clare, PA 19453). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
