He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Ettinger and Ruth Ettinger (Wilt). He is survived by: his wife Betsy Ettinger (Allen) of Mont Clare, PA; his daughters, Stacy Ettinger and Sherry McDermott (Jack); his grandchildren, Dylan, Sam and Sunny; and his sister Kathryn "Kay" Kunsch.
