He was predeceased by : his parents, Michael Olinik and Francis Olinik. He is survived by : his wife Kathleen Olinik (Iorio); his sons, Michael and Matthew; his daughter-in-law Susan; his son Andrew; his daughter-in-law Jocelyn; and his brothers, Gerald, Robert and Steven.
