It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty L. Rosencrans of Montoursville, Pennsylvania, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 21, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond C. Gee and Eleanor T. Gee (Tebbs); and her husband John P. Rosencrans. She is survived by : her sons, James Michael Rosencrans of Montoursville, Thomas J. Rosencrans (Jennifer) of Northumberland and Richard L. Rosencrans (Barbara) of Montoursville; her grandchildren, Ashley, Adam, Hannah and Casey Rosencrans; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Carter and Bella Rosencrans.

The entire Rosencrans family especially offers sincere appreciation to Jennifer Gillis-Rosencrans for the dedicated, loving care she provided for Betty during the pandemic years.
