He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fogleman and Lois Fogleman (Dangle); and his sister Connie Smith. He is survived by: his wife Doris M. Fogleman; his sons, Jeff M. Fogleman (Heather) of Montoursville and Brian W. Fogleman (Sara) of Montoursville; his brother Jimmy Fogleman (Melanie) of Montoursville; and his grandchildren, Abby, Alex, Branson and Brooke Fogleman.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Eugene Grafius American Legion Post 104 (1312 Broad St, Montoursville, PA 17754).
