She was predeceased by: her parents, Phil L. Loveland and Pauline Loveland (Konkle); her husband James F. Sechler; her sister Mary Helen Scinicariello; and her grandson Mark Keagle.
She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Elizabeth A. Bower (John) of Yonkers, NY and Bertha M. Keagle of Savannah, NY; her stepgrandchildren, James Keagle (Chris), Teresa Miller (Mark), Matthew Keagle (Tammie), Jason Keagle (Dawn) and Katie DeLaCruz (Herberto); and her brother Robert Loveland of Williamsport. She is also survived by 16 step-great grandchildren, 22 step-great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers it was Elsie's wish for you to take a friend to lunch or dinner and tell them the things we often only think of after someone is gone.
