Alta Mae Hessert Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alta Mae Hessert (Montrose, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 20, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Walter C. Adams and Emily Adams (Ely); her husband Paul Hessert; and her brother Dr. Richard C. Adams. She is survived by: her children, Lynne Sanders (Dayton), Judy Hessert and Chris Hessert; and her grandchildren, Michael Goodwin, James Broughton, Adam Sanders (Jenifer), Brandon Sanders (Andrea), Erika Braxton (Mike), Alyssa Spotts (John Clark) and Emily Petrus (Benjamin). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.

The family requests that everyone wear a mask.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Trehab Food Bank, Trehab.org.
