He is survived by: his wife Michelle "Shelly" Garner; his children, Melinda Joy Keeney (William Howard, Jr.) of Little Meadows, PA, Andrea Lynn Muck (Seth Daniel) of Wilson, NY, Jordan Marie Balewsk of Pittsburgh, PA and Justin Charles Garner (Julie Kay) of Montrose, PA; his grandchildren, Joshua, Abigail, Emerick, Bella, Macy, Jolene and Hazel; his stepmother Charlene Koup Garner of Sunbury, PA; and his close friend Randy.
