He was predeceased by : his former life partner Helen Claire Nestler (McMahon); and his siblings, Mary Sievers, Eleanor Lowry, Clare Colaizzi, George Nestler, Bertha Reck, Ann Christy, Paul Nestler, John Nestler, James Nestler, Andrew Nestler, Catherine Nestler and Patricia Seaman.

He is survived by : his wife Mary Celine Miller of Moon Township; his children, Robert Paul Nestler, Maureen E. Messersmith (Ernie), Timothy E. Nestler and Jean M. Simmons (Robert); his grandchildren, Samantha, Christopher, Hollyann, Matthew, Brieana, Zachary, Melanie, Jared, Tabatha, Sandra, Jennifer, Alexa, Paula, Jacob, Lily and Robert; and his siblings, Arthur Nestler, Thomas Nestler and Betty Strangis. He is also survived by several Great Grandchildren.
