He was predeceased by : his parents, Marvin Diem and Helen Sandoe Diem Buzzrd; and his stepparents, Herbert E. Buzzard, Sr. and Esther Hanna Diem. He is survived by : his daughter Patricia Diem of Morgantown; and his granddaughter Crystal N. Diem (Thomas Davison) of Oswego, NY.
