He was predeceased by: his brother Lewis Kulp. He is survived by: his parents, Samuel N. Kulp and A. Joyce Zimmerman Kulp of Ephrata; and his sisters, Cindi (Bob Rissler) of Terre Hill and Sherry (Jerry Roggie) of New Holland.
