She is survived by: her husband James Kofchock; her brother John Zalutko; and her children, Steven J. Kish (Catherine) and Christina M. Walton (Ray). She is also survived by her step children, and all of her grandchildren and great- grandchildren, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews, and many long-time friends.
