She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Roelling and Elsa Roelling. She is survived by: her daughter Angela C.; her son-in-law Brian Hornberger of Lancaster; her grandson Riley J. Hornberger of Lancaster, PA; her siblings, Reinhardt Roelling and Angelika; and her brother-in-law Franz Muhlum. She is also survived by one niece and three nephews.
