He was predeceased by: his siblings, Billie and Nancy. He is survived by: his brother Charles "Skip" Wheeler; his children, Nancy Hintz, Jill Flagg and Carl Flagg; and his grandchildren, Monica Schneider, Michelle Henricks, Nick Schneider, Stephanie Flagg, Erin Flagg and Kaitlynn Flagg. He is also survived by his 9 great-grandchildren.
