He was predeceased by: his parent William Szathmary. He is survived by: his parent Margaret Szathmary (Erdelyi); his wife Arta Szathmary (Greenwood); his children, Tracy, Aichele of Boiling Springs, PA, Scott, Edi, Thimons and Alex; and his sisters, Anne, Takacs of Titusville, NJ and Rose Marie Szathmary-Rooks.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the school that all four of his children attended, Holy Trinity School, 99 Osborne Ave., Morrisville, PA 19067.
