He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Constance; his son John O'Neill; his daughter-in-law Rita O'Neill of West Newberry, MA; his son Robert O'Neill; his daughter-in-law Judith O'Neill of Morrisville, PA; his grandchildren, Jeremy Licup, J. R. Link, William Kiker, Eric Bouchard, Abigail O'Neill, Ashish Joshi, Joseph O'Neill, Breanne O'Neill and Lindsey O'Neill; and his children, Maddox Licup, Evynn Licup and William Bouchard. He was also cherished by children - daughter.
