He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Costigan and Genevieve Costigan; and his brother Peter Costigan. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen McDermott; his children, Rochelle Costigan, Jillian Costigan (Brian Geist), Valerie Costigan (Michael Skipper) and James Costigan (Joan); his grandchildren, Mira, Zarah and James; and his brother William Costigan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces.
