She was predeceased by: her husband Harry J. O'Toole; her parents, Louis J. Doebley and Florence E. Derrickson Doebley; her son Daniel P. O'Toole; and her brothers, Joseph and Jack Doebley.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia "Patty" A. O'Toole of Morrisville, Bryan M. O'Toole (Lisa) of Sun City, AZ and Harry J. O'Toole, Jr. (Amy) of Ambler; her siblings, Mary Sundermeier, Pickles Doebley (Tom Coxhead) and Kay Kaiser; and her daughter-in-law Carolyn O'Toole. She is also survived by her Five Grandchildren, seven Great Grandchildren.
