He is survived by: his wife Donna Eddy; his sons, Christopher (Janet) and Michael (Madeline); his grandchildren, Annabelle, Laurali "Lulu", Nathan, Keith and Hailey; his sisters, Debbie Morrison (Dave) and Kathy Montefusco (Paul); his mother-in-law Betty Jackson; and his brother-in-law Randy Jackson.
