He is survived by: his wife Eileen F. Polak (Glynn); and his stepchildren, Craig J. Compton (Rebecca) and Virginia E. Cyphers.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 201 N. Pennsylvania Avenue, Morrisville, PA 19067.
