He is survived by: his mother Arlene Putterman; his wife Christine; his daughters, Sophie and Abigail; his brother Alex; his sisters-in-law, Sarah and Antoinette; his niece Madeline; and his nephew Aaron. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
