She was predeceased by: her father Harley Serfass. She is survived by: her mother Doris Serfass of Morrisville; her husband Michael Slack; her daughters, Rachel Nguyen of Philadelphia, Rebecca Slack of Hamilton and Victoria Slack of Morrisville; her grandson Theo; and her brother Randy Serfass of Forest Hill.
