We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2022, at the age of 66, Orlando V. Nieves of Morrisville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Master Sergeant Teodulo Nieves and Carmelina Vasquez Nieves; his former wife Anne Vinson; his wife Barbara Ricker; his stepdaughters, Marnie Ricker of Asheville, NC and Naomi Ricker of Asheville, NC; and his siblings, Sandra Tomko, Ted, Jose and Julius Nieves. He was also cherished by his family and many, many friends and coworkers.
