He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Costas and Epifania Rivera (Galarza). He is survived by: his wife Elisa Costas (Gonsalves); his son Raul, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Michelle Costas of Levittown; his daughter Natalie Russomanno of Morrisville; his siblings, Radames (Tracy Rivera), Ruben (Millie Costas), David Costas, Mildred (Raymond Robinson), Daly (Jorge Pererra), Linda Kildare, Jenny Woodling, Julie (Sam DelPozzo) and Sandra Costas; and his grandchildren, Brian Stype, Michael Swinehart, Dean and Erick Russomanno. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
